Who are you running for? — Join in the fight against breast cancer by running a full or half marathon through Marathon for the Cure™
Rally for the Cure — Golf, tennis, dinner events and so much more...
A brand to trust — We are honored that Susan G. Komen for the Cure® ranked number one in a recent Harris Interactive poll as the most valued non-profit brand and the charity people are most likely to donate money to. Additionally, Komen for the Cure ranked second on the 2010 list of the nation’s most trusted charities. Thank you to all who help us daily in the fight to end breast cancer!
INVEST YOUR CHANGE
We invite everyone in the community to participate - grammar schools, middle schools, high schools, colleges and universities, teachers, families, parishes, retailers, organizations and individuals.
It's easy. It's quick. And it makes each donor a participant in finding a cure for breast cancer. People may think a nickel isn't worth a lot...but every nickel, dime, quarter and "yes" every penny counts in the fight against breast cancer!!
The project will teach everyone in the community the importance of a health issue that affects thousands of a women and their families, and the importance of social responsibility to their community. It really does "take a village."
Here's how the Project works:
An easily identifiable donation canister will be place in a location of your choice -- in a classroom, in a school or work cafeteria, or a retail store -- All will be encouraged to donate their spare change to the fight against breast cancer. Each canister will bear the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, North Jersey Affiliate logo as well as special INVEST YOUR CHANGE signature artwork.
