Joseph A. Belfatto is a Partner at Massey, Quick & Co., LLC, a leading wealth management firm. He joined the firm in 2007 after a twenty-three year career on Wall Street, working for HSBC and Merrill Lynch in various sales, sales management and general management roles. Joe was a founding member of the Affiliate’s Board of Trustees in 1997, and served on the Board through 2003 when his term expired.
A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Frank graduated from Westfield High School and received his Bachelor’s in Economics from Drew University. Frank embarked on his career in real estate in 1992 when he and his father opened their own business. After 11 successful years, Coldwell Banker acquired their company, and has since become the number one NRT Coldwell Banker Office in the country.
Kenneth McKenna is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Doyle New York. He joined the firm in 1992 and previously worked at Kings Super Markets and J.H. Cohn, a public accounting firm.
Kristen Olson oversees and manages all Human Resource (HR) needs for The Conti Group. With over 17 years of HR experience, her primary goal is to support the company’s strategic objectives by building the best team and contributing to creating an environment that supports career growth and oppotunities for Conti employees.
Lisa handles executive searches in the areas of corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications/branding and public affairs. For the firm’s blue-chip clients, Lisa has successfully completed senior-level communications searches for Fortune 500 corporations, public relations agencies, nonprofit organizations and associations.
Kristin Wenger is the Director of the New Jersey Arts Education Partnership, the unifying organization and central resource for arts education information, policy and advocacy in New Jersey. Prior to this position, Kristin was the Executive Director of Young Audiences of New Jersey from 1986-2005. During her tenure Young Audiences grew over 14 times in size and reached millions of children in NJ. Upon leaving, the Kristin Wenger Fund was established in her honor. From 2006-2008, she was an adjunct professor at NYU’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies where she taught Managing the Arts.
