Kristen Olson oversees and manages all Human Resource (HR) needs for The Conti Group. With over 17 years of HR experience, her primary goal is to support the company’s strategic objectives by building the best team and contributing to creating an environment that supports career growth and oppotunities for Conti employees.

This involves working with current and future employees to help maintain the best and most productive working environment possible. Recruitment of the finest new employees, diversity within the workplace, employee management systems, and employee development programs are priorities and critical to achievement of the company’s strategies. In additition, she manages various HR aspects, such as the design and development of compensation and benefits programs strategies, employee relations, and compliance matters.

Because of her past experience and involvement in start-up initiatives and working with various departments in the organization, Ms. Olson has a well-rounded understanding of what is necessary for operating a first class business. Her creative mind and non-traditional background results in innovative solutions for the programs, procedures, and standard human resource responsibilities.

Ms. Olson’s dedication to her profession and family are evident in the associations in which she takes part. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Institute in Verona, New Jersey and is a Board Member of Northern New Jersey Komen in Summit, NJ 07901.

She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors in Fine Arts and is a graduate of The General Manager Program (TGMP) at the Harvard Business School.
