A lifelong resident of North Jersey, Lisa has worked in the non-profit community for more than 15 years.  She most recently served as the National Director of Field Operations for Autism Speaks, the nation’s largest autism advocacy organization, headquartered in New York City.  At Autism Speaks, and its legacy organization, the National Alliance for Autism Research, Lisa worked with volunteers and staff across the country to build and expand their local community chapters – using the Walk Now for Autism Speaks program as a lead revenue generator.  During her tenure, the Walk program grew from 11 events raising $3.1 million to 80 events raising $25 million.  Working with committees, she provided local initiatives for chapters to implement regarding awareness and family services.
