The North Jersey Affiliate will be hosting a Mandatory Technical Assistance Training for grantees. Each applicant must send one representative to our Mandatory Technical Assistance Training before applying for a grant from the North Jersey Affiliate. Date and location of mandatory Technical Assistance Training to be announced shortly.
Community Grant applications are accepted once a year as indicated above.
When available, the North Jersey Affiliate considers Small Grant and Travel Scholarship Grant applications throughout the year. Organizations are limited to one (1) travel scholarship per fiscal year of the North Jersey Affiliate.
- If you would like to apply for a Community Grant please download the appropriate grant application above and submit an original and ten (10) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy via email to the Grants Manager.
- If you would like to apply for a Small Grant and/or a Travel Scholarship Grant (when available) please download the appropriate grant application above and submit an original and one (1) electronic copy via email to the Grants Manager.

The North Jersey Affiliate’s Grant Program is dedicated to providing equal access to quality breast health care for all women. The North Jersey Affiliate service area comprises of nine counties: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren.
Seventy-five percent of net funds raised by the Affiliate remains in the Northern New Jersey service area to support community-based breast health programs focusing on the medically underserved and uninsured populations. Since its inception in 1997, the North Jersey Affiliate has awarded over $12 million in grants to more than fifty different organizations.
The remaining twenty-five percent is contributed to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Grants Program. To date, the Affiliate has contributed approximately $5.4 million to this Program.
